With Collins, he began his career as general labor and by 1990 was president of the company.

Superintendent Car Department: John L. Churavy
John has been with the CR Construction Company for almost 3 years with a total of 31 years in the railway construction industry. He was also superintendent of equipment for LTV Railroads; assistant engineer maintenance of Ways and Structures; and general supervisor maintenance with Carman.

Controller/Estimator: Steven Estok
Steve has been with the CR Construction Company for more than 11 years, with a total of 18 years in the railway construction industry. He also worked at Matt Construction Services, Inc., as clerk/safety officer, superintendent, and general accountant.

Estimator: Tom Koll

Equipment Superintendent: Dan Tinl
Dan has been with the CR Construction Company for more than 11 years, with a total of 30 years in the railway construction industry. Prior to his tenure with CR, Dan worked at Collins Railroad as a operator/master mechanic, and he spent 7 years with Acme Construction as an operator.

Project Superintendent: Gregory L. Bolen
Greg has been with the CR Construction Company for more than 11 years, with a total of 26 years in the railway construction industry. He has worked as a foreman or operator for various companies including, Acme Construction, Queen City, Collins Railroad, Industrial Railroad Track and Chris Craft Boat Works.

Superintendent: Dominic Amicone
Dominic has been with the CR Construction Company for a year, with a total of 25 years in the railway construction industry. Dominic was with Delta Railroad Construction Company for a quarter of a century as a project foreman and superintendent.
